Mr. Elad joined Elron as Controller in July 2007 and in January 2010 was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brings extensive experience in accounting, financing and tax related matters. Prior to joining Elron, Mr. Elad worked at BDO (Isr.), a leading Israeli auditing firm, as manager of the auditing and technical department. Mr. Elad serves on the board of directors of RDC.

Mr. Elad holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting (summa cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University, and an M.Sc. in Finance. He has been a licensed CPA since 2004.
